Goring Kitchen Extension

What a fantastic space our team created across the back of this Goring property. The full width bifold doors and Velux windows help to flood the extension with light. Given the size of the steel work required for this job, it was not without challenges but even with narrow access we managed to get the job completed and leave our wonderful customer with an amazing family living space.

Dyke Road Kitchen

The beautiful kitchen refurbishment is just one stage of a full house revamp and this lovely period house in Brighton.

We love the pop of colour in the tiles against the charcoal grey units and the traditional timber doors to help maintain the properties character and provide the great contrast to the modern units.

Burgess Hill Office Refurbishment

Our team was instructed to create some individual offices within a large single office. We created stud walls which were then plastered and painted. We also revamped the kitchen space, giving a nice fresh finish for the new staff.

Dyke Road

The exterior work at this beautiful property is just one stage of many.

Our team had to strip back the exterior render on the property to get to the bottom of damp issues inside before the fitting of a brand-new kitchen.

Once the damp was rectified, our team began work to reinstate the exterior render.

This is where our in house scaffolding really comes into its own. We were able to erect the scaffolding at the perfect time and make any required adjustments along the way without having to regularly call back an outside subcontractor.

This helps save not just time, but also the clients money!

Worthing House Renovation

This project commenced in September 2017 having the initial consultation with the clients and their architect. After several meetings and changes made to the plans to meet the clients vision, the renovation and extension started in April 2018. This project involved the initial demolition, ground works, an extension, complete rewiring, plumbing, flooring, internal walls, new internal doors, exterior double glazed doors and windows, kitchen, radiators, rendering and decoration. I managed the project from its inception to conclusion having regular meetings with the clients to discuss the finite details of the project to obtain the end result.

Patridge Green

This project was at a large business site in partridge Green. We were given the project which involved demolishing and rebuilding the substantial surrounding walls.

Since December 2018, our team at PB Construction have been developing Camelot House B&B in Worthing for the new owners. Unfortunately, during the initial commencement many hidden problems were discovered involving asbestos. The property was riddled throughout which could not have been discovered or diagnosed during the initial consultations with the clients.

Northdale Vets

We recently had the pleasure in completing a full exterior redecoration of Northdale Veterinary practice.

Due to the age of the building and some previously poor quality workmanship we had a bit of a challenge on our hands but once the door is painted during our next stage of work it will look as good as the day it was built.
