Where are you based?

We our based in Worthing, West Sussex but will happily provide services across the whole of the south coast.

Do we provide a guarantee?

All our work comes with a 12 month guarantee (not to include products) unless otherwise stated. Roofing works will always come with a longer guarantee depending on the product chosen.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we do. We have full public and employers liabitly insurance and are always happy to provide a copy of the before commencing any work.

When do I pay for the work?

We will always ensure a full quote is provided and accepted before we undertake any work. A schedule for payments will also be agreed. We do ask that your full bill is paid within 7 days of completion of work.

Will you clean up after yourselves?

Our team are incredibly committed to leaving our sites clean and tidy at the end of each day and all brickwork/ paving will always be washed down on completion.

Are all staff trained? 

Yes, all our staff are trained within their department and we will only ever undertake electrical or plumbing work by a qualified individual.

Can you organise extensions from start to finish?

Yes we certainly can. We are more than happy to project manage a job. This may include us liaising with building control and the local planning office to instructing an architect or structural engineer.
